What am I thankful for today?
I am choosing to have an attitude of thanks rather than an attitude of ungratefulness.
My husband has become my personal trainer. My knowledge of strength training is very limited and I did not know where to begin. I usually just do cardio workouts and my husband would do only strength. By combining our forces we have added to our workouts. He has been very patient explaining the types of strength training that works on different parts of the body. He in turn has added cardio to his workout.
So what am I thankful for ....
I thank God for providing me with a mate that would expand and build upon my workout foundation.
